Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, additional delays may occur — we'll notify you by email.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your package in real time.
Shipping Delays
ForeverNest™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Contact us at forevernest.shop@outlook.com if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for investigation or replacement. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. ForeverNest™ is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to information entered incorrectly by the customer. Address corrections requested after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges from the carrier.
Failed Delivery Attempts / Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal at delivery, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, and refunds (if applicable) will be issued only for the product cost, minus original shipping and any return fees incurred.
